Lower Germania

Roman province in what is today northeastern Germany. Originally called Germania Inferior, as it is downstream of all major rivers. Name was changed to ‘Lower’ despite its being more Northerly, in an attempt to soothe hurt egos.

Kassel

Large, central city in Lower Germania. The RAP usually maintains correspondents here.

Mattium

A small city in the Teutoburg region. Very isolated.

The Teutoburg Forest

Site of a major battle in CE9. Notable as one of the few times the Roman army was decimated.
